Day 2 - Cochin
Morning city tour of Cochin including The Dutch Palace at Mattancherry is renowned for its wall murals depicting scenes from the Ramayana. The Jewish Synagogue at the heart of what is locally called the Jew Town. The St. Francis Church, the oldest European church in India. The Santa Cruz Basilica, originally built in 1557 by the Portuguese. The Chinese fishing nets are huge cantilevered fishing nets believed to have brought to Kochi by Chinese traders. Finally, the Willingdon Island, named after Lord Willingdon, is the headquarters of the Southern Naval Command of India.

Day 3 - Cochin / Munnar
Morning, Drive to Munnar ( 5 hrs )
A/noon, Sightseeing of Munnar This beautiful hill station is situated in Kerala Gods own country Munnar is still very much a British Tea plantation town, its beauty further enchanced by great black roads that thrust upwards suddenly from amidst the thick vegetation. Here you find endless stretches of tea plantations and the old-world colonial charm. This also is the place you can watch the tea leaves being magically transformed to your morning cup. Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 4 - Munnar / Thekkady (Periyar)
Morning drive on a scenic route dotted with plantations of rubber, cardamom, cocoa, green pepper and areca nut, to the wildlife reserve at Periyar. Arrive Periyar and check � in at hotel. Rest of the day free for walk around in the peaceful town known for various Spice and coffee plantations.
Day 5 - In Thekkady
After breakfast boat cruise on the Lake of the famous Periyar wildlife Sanctuary to see wild life. Periyar - an artificial lake or reservoir created by a dam on Periyar River is the heart of the 777 sq. km Wildlife Sanctuary wild elephants, Asiatic Deer, Black Buck and even Tigers come to shores of the lake for a drink.
Day 6 - Thekkady / Kumarakom
Morning drive to Kumarakom near Kottayam and stay in one of the backwater resorts. The panoramic backwaters here offer an ideal retreat to enjoy nature at its best.
Day 7 - Kumarakom / Houseboat in Backwaters
Morning at leisure.
Noon, start a cruise in the backwaters of Kerala & Lake Vembanad in a traditional houseboat also known as Ketuvallam. All meals on board. At night boat shall be parked on one side to give you a sound sleep.
Day 8 - Houseboat / Alleppy / Kovalam
Morning, leisurely breakfast followed by an hours cruise to the Alleppy jetty. On arrival car is waiting to take you to the beaches of Kovalam.
Day 9 - In Kovalam
Your hotel is on the beach with a hill on the backdrop.
Here the hotel has an extensive Ayurvedic Health Spa where you can enjoy a good ayurvedic massage or take a Rejuvenation package which can last for a week.
Day 10 - In Kovalam
Day free for Ayurveda or beach activity
Day 11 - Kovalam / Trivandrum airport
Morning at leisure.
Late afternoon, transfer to Trivandrum airport for flight back home.
